As I put my heart, time, effort (blood, sweat and tears) into bringing the most current and useful information about nutrition and health to those around me, alas, I cannot will others to apply this life-improving, even life-saving information. While it can be tempting to become disgruntled as so many continue to choose foods that will damage their health and let days pass without exercise, I dig deep to stay eternally hopeful. When I begin to question whether I am making a difference, a student or wellness client will share with me that they are making changes to their eating habits, taking better care of themselves, working out again and feeling great. Thank you to everyone who has taken the time to tell me about their progress, you keep me going! I believe that the tide is turning and I will never lose hope!

So true, this is a great nutrition website!
Cheers!
I’m grateful for your efforts. I watch your Nutrition 300 class on public access and it and this website are incredibly helpful to me. You class is how I found out about Nutritionfacts.org and even though I’m still very overweight I’d be even worse off without people like you giving ACCURATE nutritional information. I may still be fat, but my blood pressure is almost perfect and I don’t need to keep reading material in my bathroom.
Your comments just made my day! I am so lucky to be able to share what I learn with my students and others who tune into the televised class. Thank you for having the courage to take this information and incorporate it into your life and for sharing your comments!!!! I hope that you find the website helpful as well. I will always search for the latest research and evidence based recommendations. Please keep in touch and share your experience. Have you made any of my recipes?
