This is a first for me… One of MY recipes is part of a rock star compilation cookbook put together by Andrew Spud Fit Taylor!!! How cool is this! The The Spud Fit Cookbook includes over 100 recipes from some of the biggest names in the plant-based world, including chefs, doctors, athletes, advocates and influential leaders, including our beloved Dr. Greger! The book is now available for pre-order, as it should be delivered in September.
